I'm conflicted. Should I stay or should I go?!

Question: I'm conflicted!. Should I stay or should I go!?
I'm 17 and work at an amusement park as a shift supervisor (one position below my manager)!. I usually manage on restaurant!. I NEED a stable job and this is one, but I hate the way I get treated!.

pros - My hours never get cut!. I get to work whenever I want!. I'm always needed!.

cons - I feel like my manager relies on me too much!. The other shift supervisor, who works at a nearby restaurant, ALWAYS needs time off!. It's either for track or basketball, etc ETC!! On those days, I have to manage BOTH restaurants and my manager just sits at her desk and does paperwork!. She doesn't chip in on those days, even when I'm under extreme stress and have so many things to do, even after I delegate like 20 tasks to all the other people!.

On the one day I have to come in late, we're usually about to run out of all the food at MY restaurant and the cashiers are usually running dangerously low on one-dollar bills and pennies!.

I can't get a change till or run a till (be a cashier) because I came up short too much, but my job requires some of that and my manager promoted me, knowing that!. Cashiers used to always come up short, and during the 5 months I've been a shift sup!., no one has come up short!. The other shift sup!. and manager never get change tills!. If I could get one, I would! I've had to run someone's till before 2 times, even though I'm not supposed to!. My manager doesn't even care!. I don't know what to do!.

If I changed jobs, I'm almost sure I'd get less hours and a lower pay, but I need the money!. What do I do!? The other shift sup!. has just "informed" me he can't come in till 1pm on Saturdays now!. I'm just really angry!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
