I quit for six months once!. Went through a divorce and started again!. I went cold turkey a few weeks then used the 2mg gum when the cravings were overwhelming!. Did that for a few weeks!. I am trying to work up the nerve to try again soon!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I know a lot of people use Chantix!. It's a medication that blocks the pleasure receptors in your brain so you can smoke but you won't enjoy it!. You could also try nicotine patches!. Whatever you do you should see a doctor if you can and ask for his advice!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I quit after 17yrs!.I started young!.I gave up on my third attempt in 1999 thanks to The Easy Way to Stop Smoking by Allen Carr!.It's a fantastic book!.I highly recommend it as you have to keep smoking whilst you're reading it,until you get to a certain passage and then the realization hits you!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Yeah tried a few times-only did so for two days but went for a few weeks with just a couple a day-VERY hard for me-it's basically the only vice I have left!
