When I was about 15 or 16 years old!. At that age, I knew everything about everything and never missed a chance to tell anyone that I knew it all!. I was insufferable to my Family members and my Friends and my Teachers!. That my Parents did not drown me is a tribute to the grip they had on reality!. It was my Dad who finally sat me down and told me that I was a bore, "wet behind the ears"; and was a thoroughly arrogant little "snot"!. !.!.!.about 7 yrs ago, I realized that trying to be a hero against the odds was not for me!. I lost the will to seek a "cause" and knew I was only looking for control in a sorrowful situation!. I don't think this realization made me ordinary but rather it gave credence to the fingerprints that were clearly mine and belonged to no one else!. Actually, I'm closing in on 57, and I don't think that I'm all that boring or ordinary!. I have many interests and abilities others don't have!. I've never gone in for barhopping and other time-wasters!. I try to do something somewhat creative or self-fulfilling but non-destructive!. Right now, I'm answering this question and watching a very good, creepy movie on Lifetime!. In between, I'm answering emails from fellow film buffs who enjoy chatting about movies and actors!.
I'm not a world-stopper!. I'll never be headline news, and I wouldn't want to be!. However, I did get a two-page spread in the newspaper sometime back after a reporter heard about me going to science fiction conventions and learned that I had my art published in fanzines!.
Later, I became recognizable to people at Renaissance faires and other events and was asked to be a wandering musician at Bristol Renaissance Faire, which I passed up on due to health reasons!. Instead, I find a comfortable place to sit and play when and where I feel like it, and I wear what I want to wear, not the faire's dress code!.
I've had some success here at Y!A in Movies, and I've made a lot of wonderful friends!. We share our love and knowledge of movies!. I've been googled! Honestly! A guy saw my name identifying many movies at another site and tracked me to Y!A! also, I've heard from two actors, one of whom was googling himself when one of my Y!A answers came to his attention! also, today I heard from a friend of another actor who very much enjoyed a thread I started at his IMDb page!.
So, no, I haven't decided that I'm a boringly ordinary person!. I don't think that most people ever should think that! Think about your fields of expertise!. Think about talents you might have!. Think about what you intend to learn to do, those skills in your future!. Every new job brings new experiences and changes you in a number of ways!. Every new acquaintance has the ability to bring about changes!.

Oh dear !.!.!. i would never be able to realise that or come to that conclusion, probably because it isn't true!.
BUT !.!.!.!. if it's any consolation !.!.!. i just looked at myself in the mirror and i think that !.!.!. i'm hideous!. I used to be really pretty, now i am not!. I may have to kill myself !.!.!.!. soon!.
Serioulsy, it's not fair, or right!. (*sighs* evil mean rotten peopel!) I may go off myself with a rusty nail !.!.!. but i am not certain yet!.

The day some one told me just to respond her questions and stopped me to know her better individually!. That indeed hurt as I could not understand how can My concerns for her make her feel so very uncomfortable!. Indeed she has her own reasons that she does not allow anyone online to walk with her on any lines as such!.
