It's happened again!
I was just half way through typing out what I considered to be a really weighty and intellectual question to put before the massed brains of Y/A regulars, when I was suddenly disconnected! Reconnection was virtually instant but the break was long enough to ensure I needed to sign back in, only discover my worthy Q had been lost for all time!.
If I thought for a minute I'd be permitted to rewrite and submit it in its original form I would!. But I just bloody know they're watching me!
Suffice to say my Q had concerned itself with the need I feel we have here on Y/A for language clarification between Brits and Americans!. I gave it a suitably eyecatching title -
"Any Chance Of A Good Basic Tongue!?"
Do you think this is where I went wrong!? Should I have left the title till last, typed the body of the post first, and then quickly whooshed it into publication before Y/A patrol had realised what was going on!?
Don't I at least merit the dignity of a Violation Notice and Q Removal like everyone else!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

I believe since the Homeland Security Act, foreigners, especially the British, have been heavily scrutinized!. I don't know what's going on over there as far as internet connections!. I never lose mine (not once in 7 years)!. If I may make a suggestion since this has happened again!. Type it out on a Word document and then when it's all set, copy/paste it onto Yahoo!. If you lose your connection, you won't lose your work!.
A good basic tongue is going to be hard to accomplish!. Even from State to State here it is difficult (as it is in different parts of Europe)!. But I'm willing to give it a go!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
