Spreadsheets are inherently unsexy, unfortunately, but I always 'Christianise' mine by ensuring they look good, are concise, and don't make the reader want to scoop their eyes out with a spoon!. I think the content is key but that the presentation must be tip-top all the time!.
I use a specific font and only ever use two neutral colours for highlighting!. Avoid Times New Roman, and never capitalise except for titles!. Don't highlight anything in luminous yellow or any of the more garish colours, and keep the whole thing as simple as you can!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Graphics does it! Add a few charts (3d ones are good) !.!. line graphs, scatterplots -- that definitely makes any spreadsheet presentation 'more (oh, how do I say this -- desireable!?) to the audience!Www@Enter-QA@Com
