I think they are trying to screen the questions and the answers!. Anytime I say something that isn't to the taste of the majority, I get that stupid notification that "yahoo answers staffers are taking a break!" Maybe they want to make sure that Yahoo doesn't go ahead with all the planned layoffs!?!?!?!?
