Can someone explain to me in laymans terms what is Astral Travel, Vivid Dreams and Lucid Dreaming!. I really dont understand the concepts of each!. How does one know which one they are experiencing!. How does one know if someone who is experiencing one of the above is getting the non-astral traveler, the non-lucid dreamer or the non-vivid dreamer involved!. Can the astral dreamer, the lucid dreamer and the vivid dreamer talk to the non ones!?

Astral travel (also know as astral projection) is when your spirit (or astral body) leaves your physical body and you can travel to the astral planes (the astral planes are kind of like heaven and hell) or you can walk around in this plane and you will be invisible and you can float and fly and walk through walls (like a ghost)!. also astral travel is not a type of dream!.

Lucid dreaming is when you realize that you are dreaming and you can take control of your dream and do whatever you want!.

Vivid dreaming is just a normal dream that is very realistic!.
Here is how you can tell which one you are experiencing :
If you are Lucid dreaming you can do anything at all and you can control everything in your dream!.
If you are astral projecting everything will be exactly the same as it usually is exept you will be like a ghost and you may see other astral projectors or spirits (even dead people)!. If you are astral projecting to another plane of existence (google 7 planes of existence) you will be able to fly and float but you wont be able to change everything like you can in a lucid dream!.
If you are vivid dreaming you will be in a normal dream so you wont even know that you are dreaming and you wont be able to control anything!. (unless its a vivid lucid dream)!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
