I dont really know where i stand on this as i should be against the death penalty as a christian!. I think i would rather them be inside for life than feel i was responsible for taking someone elses life through pressing charges!. also i think death is too easy!.

I dont agree with the death penalty, but the justice system sucks in Canada and America, so many people that need to stay in jail are let out!. and they say the jails are to crowded!.!.!. then get their head out of their asses and do something, talk to the youth!.!.!. I think a lot could be done to prevent a lot of things that happen!.

i think it comes down to whether or not they are still a danger to society!. the long wait helps correct false convictions!.!.!. then again, 25 years is plenty of time to be remorseful!.

Personally I'm for the death penalty!.!. some people are just incurably evil and we taxpayers are paying for them every day they are in jail!. However, I wouldn't oppose shooting them into outer space!.!. at least then nasa would be worth more than finding ice on mars!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

Here's the thing!. If someone is convicted of a capital crime, and get the death penalty, there is no doubt they're guilty!. As long as they exist, the air that we breathe may have once been breathed, and probably has been, breathed by such a foul excuse for a human!. They eat food, and they do not starve, while innocent humans are dying by the tens of thousands of starvation every day, most of them children!. Should a child that happened to be born in an impoverished nation die in the place of someone who is fed without having to earn it!? The fact that there are so many criminals makes prisons overcrowded, and puts guards at risk!. Should a guard die in the place of one of those mangy whakos!? Prison riots, escapes, always risks!. Their lives are liabilities!. It may seem that getting rid of the death penalty is saving lives, but it's taking them away, you're just passing the death onto someone else, someone who didn't do something that required for them to die!. The overcrowding of prisons has also led to the rise of private prisons, companies that make money by providing prisons!. Employees don't have to take a test or evaluation in one of those for a full year!. Rape and abuse often occur to those who did only a minor offense!. They're paying for the greater sins of the worst criminals, because they continue to live, to take up space!. It makes humanity fouler by their very existence!. It is the natural order for the wiked to die!. It's not my law, it's the law of the jungle, the laws of nature!. You think a tiger would let pass another tiger killing his kittens, or do you think that the tiger would kill the other tiger!? You make it too complicated with your idea of storing the prisoners in these facilities!. If anything, the death penalty should be expanded!. We need to get rid of all these appeals, costing hundreds of thousands of dolars that could have very well gone to social security or something else that is more wotrhy of the money!. It is our money paying for those scum's appeals!. They should be killed right there in the courthouse, or just outside the courthouse, as soon as they're convicted of the capital crime!.
