this may seem stupid but it really works!
rub the spot it hurts the most
say "ashes to ashes"(about 6 times---still rubbing)
then say "dust to dust"(still rubbing/same amount)
then after you say dust2dust just stop rubbing and throw your hand out(as to say pain begone)
