Question: Why can't the idiot contractors who build restrooms mount the toilet dispenser more than 2ft!. off the floor !?
It seems most public restrooms are like that ! I pratically have to lay on the damn floor to tear off a piece of toilet paper!.!.!.which ends up on the floor as I try to reach under to try and frickin unwind it again !!!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

I saw one in a Japanese gardens in NSW Australia, that automatically dispenses the paper, but it only gives you two small squares!. OK for us guys but the girls are mighty p----d off!Www@Enter-QA@Com
