well the only time you would see them was if you were feeding the meter so if you are not by your car, then you wouldn't see them and if you were by your car, you probably wouldn't be getting a ticket!. But YES they are like ninjas!. LOL

Because they come around once every hour and they mark your tires!. Thats how they keep track of who's been parked where and for how long!. I actually seen one once!. but chances are that if you see don't see one when you get there, you won't see one when you get out, and even if you do see one, you probably wont see them again!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Oh I know what you mean definitely!. They just come at random times and unfortunately, the time they come is always when you're either in a building or talking to somebody away from your car!. It's so annoying!. Luckily that hasn't happened to me yet!. I'm a safe and defensive driver, so my eyes are always watching!. And I'm not afraid of ninjas either, so I say bring em on!! I know what you mean! Apparently I parked in a lot that required a parking permit!. I didn't see a sign anywhere until I returned 15 minutes later with a ticket attached to my window! Nothing makes me more angry!.!.!.Especially when it was completely unintentional! Www@Enter-QA@Com
I think they hide behind bushes and in alleyways with periscopes and binoculars and wait until you're gone, then they pounce!.
