What should I do to prepare!? It has been a while and now I have my two year old grandson here too! They say it will last three to four days and the power company will not come out unless it is an emergency over the weekends here in UtahWww@Enter-QA@Com

Well where I live we have to always prepare for power outages!. I just make sure I have water, food, candles, flashlight, games, magazines, and booksWww@Enter-QA@Com
Think about staying warm if it's cold there, do you have a wood stove or fireplace!? If so stock up on wood for heat, maybe cook some large dishes of food that you could reheat easily for a few days!. Fill some buckets and containers with water for toilet flushes and drinking water!. You should round up some emergency candles and check your battery supply for flashlights!. Check for blankets and quilts and maybe be sure your laundry is done and up to date!. Get out some board games and card games as well as coloring books and reading material! Sit back and enjoy the time with family without the distraction of TV and computers :)Www@Enter-QA@Com
Depending how old your grandson is, get things he will need, non perishable foods, diapers if needed, and stock up on water bottles! Get lots of blankets, batteries cough drops, cold medicine, advil, have access to plenty pairs of socks, and warm clothes!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
