Seems to be someone who has had so much happen to them they are living outside of mainstream life in an obvious way!. The one in the town closest to us is a special needs man who lived with his Mom and Dad until they both passed away, then his sister sold the house they lived in for the money and this guy has to live in a low income housing apartment!. In the town where we sometimes go to church and clean church there is a man who walks the streets almost all day near the beach!. He wears jackets or sleeping bags with his arms sticking out and any sleeves cut off and rope tied around the waist!. His wife and daughter died in a car accident and this man has never been the same since!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
