Does he like me, and I like him, and how can I get him to ask me out?!

Ok I'm a sophomore and he's a senior and we've known each other for about a year!. He always asks me to be in his group in science and he always offers to do stuff with me!. And he talks to me all the time!. And he'll come up and tickle me from behind!. He will stare at me for no apparent reason!. And he'll tell me a ton of stuff about himself!.
