I think we fear the dam breaking Ma!. I don't do it in public!. I look for a place to fall apart and then I blow the dam sky high!. Let it out!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
I used to be afraid that I would never stop, that the dam would indeed break and never be repaired!. I only cried in my sleep!. Now I can cry sometimes without that fear, but only when alone!. I think many people have pent up emotions and fear the dam breaking, fear the intensity of what they will feel, or fear facing the cause of the tears!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Naturally and sadly humans are in there weakest state when we cry!. In this state we are not intimidating, and also cant handle most work!. It is sad because we hold in our tears to stop ourselves from looking this way, even tho if we let them go you feel better!.

I think we hold back tears because we don't want other people to see us in that vulnerable state; sometimes when we cry we just want to be alone and let it out!. also I think that most people think that once we start crying we wont be able to stop!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Personally, my recent tears are born of immense loss!. To continue to shed them only hurts more and serves me no purpose!. I do allow myself to cry for strangers and situations that do not involve me!. However, the pain that would bring any tears now, is far too insidious to expose!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
