About a year ago I decided to crack down and actually do it!. I've become an addict, I lost 45 pounds and I'm skinnier than I've ever been in my life and I still workout 6 days a week, usually for about an hour and a half each day!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

No!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.my job includes a lot of heavy manual labor!. But I don't go to the gym or anything!. And I have lost over 35 lbs in the last 6 months!. I have no idea what that is about!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

ive started to work out at school whenever i have my free time!.!. (which usually lasts 45-75 minutes) at least 2-4 times a week!. i get on a treadmill and listen to music!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
