Never EVER use anything that has petroleum such as Vaseline, Chapstick, or QV balm!. Petrolatum forms an oily film that sits on top of the skin, preventing moisture from evaporating!. It has a drying effect, it actually suck out the moisture of your lips/skin, which is why you have to constantly reapplying it!. I was having bad chapped lips for months and one day I decided to stop using lip balm!. I drank at least 10 glasses of water a day and continued this routine for 10 days, and guess what!? if you can purchase burts bees chapstick, that's the way to go! it's the only kind that works for my lips, so i definitely recommend it!. :)

do not lick your lips!.!.!.that will dry them out even more!. drink plenty of water throughout the day!.!.!.this will keep your body hydrated (including your lips)!. use blistex or even chapstick throughout the day!. make sure to apply it before you go to bed and after you freshen up in the morning!. any type of lotions do not help and vasiline rubs off too quickly!. i always get dry lips but i keep them properly moisturized all day!.!.!.and this is how i do it!. :-) hope i could help!Www@Enter-QA@Com

make sure u have wetted ur lips first or use a wet rage
and then during the day just keep reapplying it
carmex and blistex work pretty good too!.!.!.but they tend to leave a residue and actually can have a bit of a drying effect when used daily

The BEST!?!?!? Burt's Bee's wax!. Your lips will melt!. also try Vitamin E!. They sell it in a gell cap form!. You can pop a hole in the gell cap and dispense on to your lips that way!. Hope that helps!. It works great for me!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

not carmex that's for sure!. has all kinds of stuff that makes your lips more chapped and dry!. don't like them!. keep them moist with a all natural product like Burt's bees wax or something like that!. don't over use either!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

Chapstick and Vaseline are good!. Don't lick your lips if possible because that will make it worse and more painful!. The vaseline might sting or burn a little if they have cracked or bled!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
