also remember to drink tons of water when you have a headache and even when you don't!. most of the time a headache is from lack of water in the body causing all tissue (including the brain) to shrink (just a small amount)!. when this happens to the brain the pressure from the shrinking causes headaches!. it sounds ridiculous but look it up, it's a fact!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Ice and a peppermint oil on the area where it hurts the most!. The peppermint oil is massaged into your scalp and excedrin!. I suffer with migraines and when I run out of pills, this usually gets the edge off a little, at least so I'm not wanting to stick a knife in my eye!. also, and I know this sounds wrong, but an orgasm really does help with headaches, especially when its a tension headache!Www@Enter-QA@Com
