Not in the US but in Iraq beans stew with rice is the most popular dish!. The stew is so thick and tomatoy that it resembles the "Heinz" beans you get in the UK!. Just thought I'd give you a little more info :) oh and it's called "Fassouliya" literally meaning "Beans"Www@Enter-QA@Com
