Question: How many are working on your 2nd (or 3rd, 4th, etc) account because your original one was "suspended"!?
also, when your account is deleted, why is it called "suspended" if your not going to get it back!? Do you think yahoo even reads the appeals!? When my original was deleted I asked them why, since I didn't get an e-mail for a few days, and the response was "we've reviewed your case and feel it was suspended because of a legitimate reason"!. I've been suspended four times, AND have lost two Level 6 accounts (within 12 months)!. I am only on Level 4 now!.
This is a sensitive issue, and i am bitter (still)!.
In all fairness, there are (or used to be) actual real people that worked for Y!A that reviewed appeals and such (I had an account restored twice after an "unlawful suspension") but in recent months i don't even get the automatic responses!. (seriously)!. So a suspension IS SUPPOSED to be a suspension, but most times it just remains inactive but not deleted!. Because no REAL person actually looks into it; though i am sure there are thousands daily and not enough "bodies" to actually waste hours looking into every Q&A &VN that led up to it!. Though some accounts DO get deleted, most get suspended permanently!.
It sucks doesn't it!? Especially when you don't deserve really for it to be permanently suspended!. And even more so when it's a high level with high points and tons of BAs!. (Like my last 2 L6 accounts!) Grr!.
