Question: How Much Cardio Exercise Should I Do Daily To Lose Weight!?
Currently, I do 30 minutes on the treadmill at the beginning of my routine and 30 minutes on the elliptical at the end!. Both have 5 minute cool down periods!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

My Wife goes to Curves 4 days a week and she
says to do the Cardio Exercise at least 4 times a week and to watch your diet and drink water, at least
8 classes a day and do a lot walking, at least 15 minutes to 30 minutes a day!. Hope this helps!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
