No, it's only for answering question!. Just like in a work place, as a customer service you are allowed to answer a question, get to the point and not make it a conversation, then you answer another customers question and so on and so on!. You are suppose to answer the question and move on to the next with the purpose of transmitting knowledge to the other person not having a conversation!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
