many people say that I have very low self esteem and don't have any confidence!. i always get blamed on everything when i tried my best at something or when i didn't do anything wrong!. i always get ignored by my classmates!. no one wants to talk to me!. i feel worthless!. i feel stupid!. i get bad grades (i only get A's and B's)!. I have no friends!. i tried to find some and make friends but no one likes me!. i'm always a klutz and i don't know why!. i always forget!. and everynight i can't sleep!. i don't know if i'm suffering from depression or fatigue!. i'm poor!. i'm ugly!. i'm dumb!. i'm ugly!. no one wants me!. i hate myself because no one wants me!. i'm ugly and i don't know what to do!. my life sucks!. i'm going through my life with stuck-up arrogant people who always pick on me!. i feel like i'm such a loser!. how can i be careless about that!? it's just that it bothers me!. i'm never happy!. what's wrong with me!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Of course you're never happy, sweetie!. You spend so much time putting yourself down, you leave yourself with nothing to be happy about!. We tend to be our own worst critics and being picky in a negative sense!. Try this: look for things that are good about you and focus on those!. And if you feel you can't find any, great thing about you being you is you can change yourself!. Stop being so hard on yourself, honey!. Anyone with two eyes can see your lack of self-esteem, and that isn't an endearing quality!. I bet if you became a more positive person, you'd see your life turn around for the better!
