I like the Flat Panel Monitors or "LCD"
Becasue those Bulky Monitors take up room!.
But I heard that they last for a Long time!.!.!.

Having had both, I prefer the flat monitor!. As you pointed out it's less bulky, lighter and easier to handle, and the picture is gorgeous!. I upgraded to a wide screen HD (better for gaming)!. My only complaint would be that it uses a lot of energy and puts out a lot of heat!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
After years of using the big monitors, we are now a flat panel monitor family and we love 'em!. They just don't seem to be as bulky and the picture is sooooo much better!. Not as much glare either!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
By far, the flat screen monitor is more desirable in our house!.

While the LCD's are nice and save space, the tube monitors last alot longer !.!.!. so therefore I'd go with a tube monitor!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
