Want proof!.!.!. if you smoke, try and blow it out both nose and mouth same time!.!. its just a flap in the back of your throat that is totally controllable!.!.!. I can also do that thing with the spaghetti up the nose and out the mouth trick
Oh and after reading some other answers, this isn't about breathing in and out at the same time!. It is about breathing in OR out while using both your nose and mouth, I have done it for years, it was actually a little strange of a concept at first but it is really easy now!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
