MmMMm I'm a T-bone girl, thick but not too thick with a nice amount of fat on the edges, well done, in a pan with oil, seasoned with salt and pepper and marinated with a splash of soya sauce!.
Served with Texas style steak sauce (horseradish/tomato/honey mix) with a side of loaded baked potato and Caesar salad!. Beer or a Caesar as my drink!. YUM

i had a good steak at my unlces wedding!. i think it was medium rare!. i really wish my grandfather was alive!. i hear that he made the best steaks over a fire!. mmmmWww@Enter-QA@Com
For me, it was in 1992!. Rib Eye, medium-well, rubbed with mixed herbs and grilled, over real charcoal!. I gave up eating red meat a few months later, in 1993!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
About a month ago!. My uncle made me a huge rib eye!. Before this steak I had never had a medium rare steak in my life!. But this steak was pink on the inside and it was soooooooooooooooo good!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
