I just leave it on speaker & go about my business until they pick up!. I hate that too!. If our "calls were so important " they wouldn't have us on hold with crappy music!. At least play REAL music!. No elevator crap!. I feel your pain honey! :(!. I've been on hold for up 45 minutes before & I just put it on speaker & watched TV until the lazy puss came on the line lol!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

My cabble just stopped once and i called the cable company!. They put me on hold for like 45 minutes!. I put my phone in loudspeaker and I was waiting right!? I got soooooo tired of waiting that i decided to just hang up!. AS i was hanging up I heard the voice of the representative "Hello my name is!.!.!.!." but it was too late the call ended!. I was soooooo pissed!. I called them again and they picked up after 30 minutes and said there was a problem with the whole area and it would take a few hours to fix it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
