First you need to establish the definition of the term 'marry'!. That may seem pedantic, but it is central to the argument on either side!. Is the purpose of 'marry' to simply cohabit in a publicly acknowledged and legally binding relationship with rights and impairments attending to estate and equity!? Does 'marry' mean procreation of the two partners!? Does 'marry' mean access to the holy bonds of matrimony as in one of the sacraments!? Is the purpose to redefine the etymology of the term matrimonium "wedlock, marriage," from matrem (nom!. mater) "mother" + -monium, suffix signifying "action, state, condition!."!?

yes!. if two people are in love they should be able to marry! it doesn't matter if it's straight, gay or whatever, as long as two people are willing to make the commitment and put forth the dedication, they should have the right to be bound together in marriage!. by saying they can't marry, you are taking away their right to be happy!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

If marriage is only a religious institution, then why does the government offer non-secular marital processes!? There's no constitutional or legal reason that it should be disallowed!. If two people are in love, they should be allowed to express their love however the hell they want, INCLULDING marriage if that's what they choose!. It should be a choice!.
A gay couple getting married is NOT a sin!. Absolutely not!. There was a sad, ignorant time when marriage between races was forbidden as a sin!. People like to try and prevent things they don't understand, or things they don't consider "normal", or "like them"!.
You can't choose who you fall in love with!. You just do!. And if two people have geniune feelings, no matter WHO they are, what race, what gender, what sexual orientation, or what country they come from, they should be allowed to express their feelings just like everyone else!.

The law forbidding them to marry is so, so wrong!. They've got a right to be upset about it!
