actually, they're not too bad!. most of them will enjoy having some brand names or nicer stuff, but none of them are obsessed with having too many things!. i think it has a lot to do with the fact that we live in europe!. don't get me wrong, i'm not trying to be insulting or anything (i'm an american myself) but in the states, people are a lot more consumer oriented; a lot more materialistic!. even though most of my friends are american, i think that they've become less materialistic after living in europe a while!. of course, there's lots of materialistic people here as well, but you don't get the feeling that the world rotates around buying as much stuff as possible!.
