Please explain satellite radio....?
Will it get signal even if there is bad weather?
Is the receiver portable (i.e. can I use it in my house and my car)?
Is it difficult to install in a car?
etc. Please explain and tell me about your experiences with XM.

I have both. Prefer XM. Comedy Channels are better, I prefer their sports selection and music channels in my preferences are slightly better. But in all honesty, they are very close and will probably be the same company within a year or so. Still that shouldn't stop you from subscribing. It really is the best radio. No commercials on the music channels and just about everything else you could ever want - digital. The only time I lose the signal is going under overpasses and in the bank drive-up lane ;<) The signal comes back immediately once out of the lane and my sunroof does not affect the signal. Go for it!
