Xm or sirrius for university of louisville games, golf, baseball for my dad's 87th birthday gift?

My dad moved from Louisville, Ky. to Florida to live with me and he misses his sports stations. What satellite radio would be the best for U of L college sports, golf, college football, and golf.

girlgerry: rather than rely on the comments posted thus far, which seem to be more "them" oriented and what they prefer, as a dad and grand-dad myself, I think this is a terrific and thoughtful gift! I would suggest you check the websites of Sirius.com and xmradio.com for their sports schedules and see which one might meet your Dad's needs best. Both stations also have toll-free numbers and might be able to help if you call their customer service number. If that research is not possible for you, maybe you give him a homemade "gift certificate" for either and he can research which one is best for him. He can then let you know, then you go get the most appropriate service.

Also check with a knowledgeable clerk at a store where they sell both; Best Buy or Circuit City. Good luck and happy birthday to your dad.
