Why do they speak so fast in radio advertisement at the end when they are giving!

Why do they speak so fast in radio advertisement at the end when they are giving the phone number etc?
Does that have any significance? Its almost indistinguishable when they speak out the last sentences like giving their address or phone number etc.

That is where they put all the "fine print". Legally they have to say it, but there is no regulation as to how fast they do it.
