I want to make an internet radio but is it legal?

I have a habbo fansite and want to make a radio, and broadcast music, for others to listen to, and speak through a microphone. But is it legal?

You get a mixed of answers, is it legal.. depends, if you have permission from the FCC, Copyright Royalty and have paied your fees then it is. If you are just doing it with out any permission then its illegal. The only free thing you could do is make playlists from project playlist. Otherwise making a internet radio station would be illegal.
