Of Couse, They could put XM Or Sirius Radio In the ground if they wanted too. Anything they do, if they want to make new radios, add more programing or anything really, they have to talk to the F.C.C So it meets there requirements. With the merger, there holding it up, if you didn't hear last week they took your comments on the merger. Over half the people wanted the merger. 80% wanted it 20% Didn't. I think the merger will be turned down unless there is another satellite radio company out there, which there isn't. I think you will hear more news on the satellite merger in September, hopefully.
