It varies... If you're talking about being a radio personality, you have to start out working for free generally, and in a smaller radio market. If you can manage to get into a big top 50 market or land a morning show gig, it and be six figures and the perks are pretty fun.
As far as just being a voice, we pay someone to do our imaging and he gets paid $200 per sheet of paper that we send him. And the paper is double spaced, 16 pt. font. Not bad for a couple of minutes of work!
