For the most part.... Yes. The reason why is a little sticky:
Most radio stations are targeted to a certain demographic, or age group. Radio Disney is just about the only Network of radio stations that programs it's content for children, and pre-teens. Most other stations are targeting late teens, and adults.
Some of the music you hear on Disney can be heard on other stations, but for something so specific as High School Musical will be only heard on Disney, because, it really fit into any other stations demographic.
