i'm making a radio show and i dont have software so...

So...what is your exact question.
if you are trying to make a pirate radio station, then you need to decide will it be Internet or FM based.
it you want to transmit to radios in cars you need to find an FM modulation board, amp, antenna mixer...etc - (hard to do, now a days). Big time trouble if you get caught.
if you are going Internet based - your PC, a mixing program (any media player program will do for starters)and a web-casting site will do just fine.
