Is it legal to have a link to TV and radio stations streaming site?
Is it legal to have in my website a link to TV and radio stations streaming sites such as ABC, NBC.KISS FM etc….so that my site visitor listen and watch theses stations?

It depends on each websites policy. some may say no direct link to anything on there site and some will say link us anywhere. That goes for both radio and tv. In many cases, if you link to them they may shut your direct link down saying No Direct Link, Go to main page or something like that.
