i have tried morpheus, limewire and bearshare. and it is not available on any of them. maybe a radio rip?

It's from his upcoming album, which will be released on August 28. I don't know if you can get CD singles of it yet.
Radio stations received that song on June 4, and they essentially had it e-mailed to them. They downloaded the song from a service used by record companies to post their artists' songs without mailling CDs. That service is used only by music labels and radio stations, and they are prohibited from letting anyone else use it.
