first tune to the internet radio station then download audacity (audacity.com) and install. after that installation go to audacity and record. however before that dwld. the mp3 exporter on the audacity site. then change the mode at the top bar from "microphone" to "stereo mix". after that record. when you are done recording click "file" then "export as mp3". after that it aks you enter the title of your recording and etc. then after that open it on iTunes or whatever you use as a media player and put it on a burn list and burn.
