What kind of satellite radio that can get Africa and Asia Stations?. In others words, I'm from Africa and I'm living in United States, I would like to buy satellite radio that has my country stations.

Unfortunately, I am not aware of satellite radio that has this. You could try looking for stations from Africa that are streaming on the web though.
