Personally, I use SHOUTcast - however, for that, you need a lot of bandwidth or someone who will host your show. Keep tying, and maybe you'll get picked up. You can get it from shoutcast.com
However, if you understand Port Forwarding, and it is solely for your friends, JETcast is far easier to use. However, if you don't understand how to forward ports from your firewall, it can be tricky. It can be found at

Both of them use WinAmp, but they're by far the simplest!
