I just installed a Sirius radio within my car. I followed the manual and online instructions completely. I have my frequency set correctly however I am constantly receiving interferance//bad quality sound. I think it may have to do the with my FM frequency adapter. I have it hooked up correctly and placed within my front windshield adjacent to my car antenna. Does anyone have any suggestions on other things I can try that may give me better sound quality? I feel like I have tried everything.

Depending on what radio you have it may have a low power frequency. I have the Sportster 4 unit for sirius and i had to buy a extra fm mod to get better sound quility on it via FM Radio. They sell them for about 20 bucks and Balkin makes the best.
If you have a newer car with the Aux Jack, you can get the wire that looks like a headphone jack at the end of both sides and connect it from your sirius to that
