Does anyone else remember when FM radio was different from AM radio? No commercials sides of albums @ a time?

Now it seems it is the same as the AM we tried to get rid of. People talking over the beginning & ends of songs, none stop chatter. I'm suprised they don't put commercials between tracks on CD's now.

It sucks so bad now that they don't even need payola scandels no more bribes it's already built into the system.

Christi F I'm not as old as the Stones but older than U2. I don't know about sirius or xm but it may well be. Back in the 60's FM dedicated sides of albums between a couple commericials but none of the screaching done by the DJ's today Sometimes they would play double albums. It was great. Smoke some weed Red Columbian & just groove all day. Worst experience was "YES" music I hated that band

Yes. but then the album side was worth listening to.
