Yahoo has every reace except Native American listed under music-Why?? Isn't this discriminatory?
Answers: If you are asking why not in Y!A it's usually because the format (music) is not popular enough yet to add a category
If you are talking about Yahoo radio, It's probably due to the fact that it's hard to find enough music possibly .. to know how and where to license it from, and to have enough of a group of people wanting to support a station like that as from my understanding of how Yahoo decides (plus no one might have asked for it yet)
And how is it discriminatory? They are a commercial business who supplies to the people who are using their products... Maybe reading this they may realize to look into adding the streams.. But asking them on the help for the yahoo radio may get the answer you are looking for better.
I do see that there are already streamers of Native music online elsewhere

According to what I have read, KTNN is a Navaho station broadcasting country music and Navaho cultural on the last 50kw AM station in the nation. no its not they dont have a techno section! plus i didnt even know there were Native American songs and artists. I'm assuming you mean some other part of Yahoo! since I'm not seeing any subcategories for this section...
There are plenty of music artists and even radio online to fill that section, they *should* add it.
