What happened to Charlie Tuna khj los angeles boss radio?!

Question: Happened several weeks ago:

This is from a radio trade email I get every day and written by the editor:

<<A Tuna-free KBIG becomes L.A.’s “My FM.”
Charlie Tuna sounded genuinely grateful that he “got the chance to say goodbye”, as the exiting wakeup talent at CC’s KBIG (104.3) – and he even got to play a Frank Sinatra favorite, ahead of the 10am changeover promo that “My radio station’s bigger than your radio station.” Then came the first songs of the new and so far jockless “My FM.” Clear Channel’s calling it “contemporary adult hits” (I’ll just keep calling it “AC”) and the “My FM” handle is one that it employs at various ACs around the country. If you’re looking for KBIG in the latest Arbitrons, the old hot AC version actually had a nice bump in the Phase II numbers that came out yesterday – up 1.6 to 1.9, total week 12+>>

They're just going to try something new to get better ratings and revenue. Happens every day in radio, just bigger news when it's in LA. and involves Charlie Tuna.
