I use Yahoo Launch. Yeah yeah it sounds promotional but I really like that you can rate the songs and it plays the ones you like more and doesn't play the ones you don't like again.
Go to http://launch.yahoo.com and hit launch radio and my station. You can make your own pretty much by selecting the songs and artists you like and don't like, then hit "Play My Station" and voila! All your favorite tunes! :-)
Have you tried Yahoo music? It is excellent and free. Yahoo music has many genre's (including country, hip-hop, and rap) and it it excellent in areas where radio reception is poor.
