Try these sites, they have charts for new and established techno bands. There are others, check your favorite search engine. Some are better than others - and be careful if downloading. Many sites offer it, which is legal, it becomes illegal if you use it to download without paying any fees. I know that sounds ridiculous, but true. Limewire is a good example. I may be reading it wrong, but just offering file sharing is not illegal. But downloading from a file-sharing site is.
Kind of like buying fireworks, then signing a paper that says you won't use them. The fireworks stand is legal, you buying is legal - but using them is not (in many states). Weird.
