How much did a 1960 radio cost back in the day?!

Question: It was the age of the transistor and cheap Japanese made models that would sell for under $20, some for as little as $10. Bigger nicer tube sets were, of course, more money. This was also the period when tuners were being introduced at hundreds of dollars. By 1970 they would be ubiquitous as would FM (which had been relagated to public, elevator and classical formats). Keep in mind those 1960s dollars have been affected greatly by inflation.
