What's a great gift for a someone who loves This American Life and Ira Glass!

Ira Glass/TAL and David Sedaris are both touring, you can check the website for dates and locations. If they will be coming somewhere close to you, tickets would be so great - I would love it for sure. Seriously, I'm giddy just thinking about it! (man, I'm a dork...)
The 2nd is that Ira has just edited a book of short stories and essays and has an intro by him. "The New Kings of Nonfiction" that would also make a great gift.
The website also has a store with CDs etc. of the show, but since you can get the podcast for free, I wouldn't really care for the CD's. But maybe thats not the case for your friend.

They did tv episodes of TAL--you could see if they're available on DVD.
Or a collection of David Sedaris books would be good--he's a regular on the show, of course. Your someone might already have them, though. If you can, check out their bookcases before you go shopping.
Or, look for the book "Working" by Studs Terkel--it has a lot of quirky real-life profiles in it (ST was a long-time Chicago journalist and radio guy). I don't know if it's still in print, but it's a modern American non-fiction classic.
